Qualified Mechanic, A and P rating preferred but not required.  Responsibilities include disassembly of helicopters for shipping, management of helicopter inventory, preparation of parts and detailed shipping records, packing slips, for shipping to global customer locations.  An understanding of helicopter part and maintenance manuals is important to this position.  Florida drivers license and excellent driving record. 

Helicopter Parts Customer Service.  Assist helicopter customers primarily via telephone regarding parts needs versus inventory available.    Demonstrated successful track record in customer service. Provide professionally written quotations for parts to potential customers.  Follow up on incoming phone calls generated by HP Aviation website. Understanding of aircraft parts and knowledge of helicopter parts is important. Knowledge and experience within the aviation industry preferred.  Basic computer skills including account management software programs such as ACT is valued, but not required.
